Just getting into the sport or addiction as some of you all have said in other threads. Had my back messed up from a car accident so I cant surf or skate (or pretty much alot of what I used to do besides sit on my duff) any more. So I am just now picking fishing and spearin at age 20. Any useful advice on where to go or rules and regulations would be appreciated. Speared a few sheepshead this past christmas with a friend but thats the most of my experience. Cant use flippers because of the stress it puts on my back so just looking for some shallow locations/ good spots or any advice.
