Hi Nate,

I am an experienced spearfishing diver from the San Jose area. I dive Monterey and Carmel quite a bit, but probably will not dive there again until mid-November. I will then likely dive Carmel Bay via my kayak. I would be happy to give you lots of advice as I know how to hunt all the California fish with my spearguns. One way to meet up with other divers is to join the CENCALfreediver e-mail list which has about 175 spearfishing divers on it from the greater San Francisco Bay Area. I am the list moderator.
