Thanks to all of you that gave me your opinions on Furuno. Bought the LS4100. One of the main considerations was that would closely fit into the existing hole in my dash. The way the dash was set up I either had to totally cover it with starboard and re-cut/move everything or work with what I had. I opted for the later. Had a local marine electronics company do the starboard work, I did the rest. Came out ok and in the preliminary tests it actually worked. Thanks again
