I got the latest issue of RFA mag. yesterday and surprised to see the article about the TGBR Project. It was several pages as well as photo from the Golf Tournemnet Fund raiser. It is going to be crazy when people travel to Texas coast to dive the reef.

The article was really cool, and I totally agree that it's the fastest way build snapper populations to an inarguable levels. I just really wonder what this statement means, "2) The plan to deploy several thousand reefs in the next 10 years will result in a "shock and awe" effect to the comercial snapper fleet. There are a very limited number of commercial boats on the coast, and it would simply be impossible for the commercials to exploit a high number of these reefs." It just really didn't sit well with me.

But seriously, the coastalmariner adds are the best. That is just smart marketing.

Plus commerical can only take 4 snapper in state water just like everyone else.

I am hoping that the reef will attrack more grouper.
