Do you know this Washington State Diver?

I am looking for folks that can help me find the following Washington State diver or if they are deceased, help me find a good spearfishing photo of them. He is a recipient of the International Underwater Spearfishing Association "Spearfishing Athlete of the Year" and we are going to post a photo of him on the IUSA website.
