It's time again for the coldest spearfishing rodeo in Louisiana. For all of you pillow biters that are scared of cold water, make your excuses early  . For the rest of you that have a pair, get your thick wetsuits and short guns ready. Its time to shoot some prehistoric fish  . Feb 22nd-25th. Scales will be open Sunday, February 25, 2007 from 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. At Westwego Park.

Just thought I would share part of an email I got from Sea Tigers club President Steve Hartley (Goin Deep):
"I have some good news, Riffe has agreed to donate a speargun, gun bag, two knives and some other stuff and J.B.L. is donating a 38 special speargun. Mark Burrows is working on some Gift Certificates from Academy and Hooters."

So come support the first rodeo of the year. Have some fun.

I was on the west bank a few years back. I'm hoping to get out of Berwick soon, and move back to Bayou Lafourche.
