If this weather holds for the weekend. the seas may lay flat enough to get some clear water. Anyone headed out?
ALSO anyone know why buoy 42020 no longer reports wave height?

I suspect the bouy has lost function of that paticular sensor. They will repair it when time/weather/funding permit. It has happened with other bouys before and eventually gets back on line. I am replacing the starter and doing a couple other upgrades this winter so the boat is inop at this time. What about a bay trip to stick some flounder. Dan has an inflatable and I think I've heard you mention a small flat bottom of some sort. If you don't have a dependable motor we could hang my kicker on it. It is a long shaft (25") however. That loud pop you heard on the way back last trip was the top bolt of the kicker bracket giving up. I am thinking of drilling to the next size up and remounting. Also have had a set of trimdicators for over a year that I have not gotten around to installing. A fresh water wash down tank and pump.....................

I'm always down to stick some fish. I've actually been getting the boat ready for a weekend trip, but don't really know many places in the bay to go. Let's see how the weather plays out, but plan on heading out Saturday around 9 or 10am?
