I'm sorry, I thought that was assumed.
That pic IS fake, right?
The only thing fake about this picture is the smile on Dave's face...... I distinctly remember a large grunting noise followup by unpleasant sounds when posing with the mac daddy gagger. I hope he sanitized his wet suit. :D
Dave, how did he taste. :(

Fish this size are like leather. I had some of a 35# fish a few days back and I needed to break out the Outback Steak Knife.
This is a once in a lifetime harvest.
Dave's having Burt Lancaster create a Gyotaku (Fish Rubbing on Rice Paper) for his wall. This piece will be about 65 inches long and probably 35-40 inches tall. He'll need a big wall for this.
After it's matted and framed, He'll want to bring it to the next hooters meeting to show off.
If you get a trophy and want a really nice piece of art:
Ice the fish, Keep from dragging it on the ground or messing up the best side of the fish. You can get your fish back or donate it to the artist and he'll work you a good deal on the art.
This rubbing will run 130-160$ and the frame will add another $250-$300+ or so.
Burt will work a 35% discount on frames for Spearboard members and most rubbings will range from $85 - $150.
Burt's working on about 40 commissions pieces for Bone Fish Grill and it looks as if one will be this big grouper.
