I just ordered this stuff for my reel. Vectran inner core poly outer core. They also have 2mm but most of the good colors are sold out already. Core will not absorb water so I guess it is more bouyant than something that absorbs water. They also have a february special.

Thank you. Got a 1000' spool on the way, for $150!!! I am going to make some floatlines and fill a few reels :thumps:

I just got my order today. Very nice stuff! I also got a better deal for ordering in bulk. It came out to $0.13 a foot.

Anyone in the South Bay area that wants to help me make some float-lines, will get a floatline for doing so, up to 100' in length. Send me a PM if interested.
