San Diego Free Divers Meeting
Monday February the 26th 2007
7:00 to 9:30 PM
La Jolla Brewhouse (Downtown La Jolla)
7536 Fay Avenue, La Jolla, CA 92037 858-456-6279 ,
The living legend Masahiro Mori will be showing off all his new :gun: guns, bungi’s, sliptips’s , shafts, etc…
So if you need anything from him, you could save yourself a drive and pick it up at the meeting.
Also I will be taking money for club jackets, so bring some extra $$$$
I think we will have 2 different types of jackets available.
Approximate cost is $92 for the nice one and $70 for the wind breaker ,,, we will have the catalog and the exact prices at the meeting.
I know San Diego has a lot of WSB trolls that like to keep to themselves, but I hope you guys get off your Nalgas and come to the meeting. This is going to be a great year to be a member,,,,,,,
Hope to see you all there :toast: ,,,,,Joe

For those seeking great literature, here is the place. Click on anything by Dix Roper. The older ones tend to be raunchier, so you might want to start near the beginning with "Tale of a Yellowtail" and work you way though his search for adventure. Be sure to click to enlarge the photo of his ex nude with that big yellowtail
http://www.freediver.net/freedivelist/stories/featuredindex.htm
And don't scan too quickly. For instance, in "The Learning Continues" near the end, you are warned not to click "this" if you don't want to see three nude photos of Ana with big tails. I'm sure none of you will want to click.

Ask Mori to bring out the big guns!!! Picture below. And here are some photos from Mori's shop showing his vacumn machine for keeping his teak flat as a pancake and another photo of Mori's teak supply for future guns. He selects the best of the best wood and is ready for his next 20 guns! Finally, I have to share his pargo teeth picture. He must bring them down to San Diego.
By the way, does anybody know who is the president of the the San Diego FD club? I need an e-mail address to contact him.
Thanks,
Dave Edlund

Finally SDFD's be sure to ask Mori about straightening shafts and setting floppers. He is a bonified "Jedi master" at both of them. And if you're a shaft bending mother...., then a lesson from him will be like money in the bank. Here is a photo of some of the fancy equipment he has for shaft straightening. Also, ask him about the "punch" method of adjusting floppers. Everyone knows the "pliers" method of flopper adjustment, but for the best flopper adjustment, go for the ""punch" technique. I wish I could be down there to hear Mori. You guys are so lucky. Mori is absolutely so knowledgable. Roll out the red carpet for this generous man!

Sorry Dave, I couldn't resist. :D Don't worry though, I didn't need to get past 50 years before I started screwing up. 22 seemed like a good enough head start
