Alright guys, I figured I'd post this here for you locals to look at so as to eliminate the need to ship if and where possible.

7 mil scuba suit, XL size, excellent condition. "Saturn." 100$

6-5-4 mil surf suit, body-glove "stormtrooper" with an anatomic cut and a "floodgate" zipper guard and attached hood. GREAT cold-water dive suit, fits very snugly, only has one small hole in it (easily repaired). Super-stretchy neoprene in 3XL (will fit someone 220 lbs. and over). Paid $250, will part with for $150.

Cressi SL star 40 cm mini-pneumatic, no shaft. Comes with line and slide ring, fully functional, excellent condition, great little cave gun. $90.

Waterway "Nemo" fiberglass fins. The same as Matrix fins. EXCELLENT freediving fins, I simply don't use them because I have my Gara's and my feet are used to them. Blades are in brand new condition, epoxied into Nemo footpockets size 11-12. Will part with for $120.

I'm willing to sell all this stuff off, buyer pick-up, for $400 for the whole shebang. You could resell each individual item for more than the prices listed above - I simply need the cash soon.

My Dad's a realtor, too. But before that, he was a purveyor of fine persian and oriental rugs. So I have to add the classic "armenian salesman" line to your list of good ones above:
