first rigs out of packery

We went out yesterday afternoon. Hit the first set of rigs south of packery. Vis was not good enough to spear. Sargassum was so thick we couldnt troll. Bottom fished for a bit and headed back to the beach. Lots of squall lines and just weird weather kept us from venturing further out in my little boat. Not a good fish day but an excellent beach day.

mitch if you ever need another diver hit me up! Weather should be good tomarrow. If you can get a good weedline hop in and look for dorado to spear!

I will definately call you. Last year I went solo several times because of my weird work schedule. We are all refinery maintenance workers and never know our schedule from one day to the next. So, when I get a chance to go, I go. We looked for trash lines Friday but the sargassum was just kinda scattered in small patches. It was everywhere, but no real trash lines. It sure ruined the trolling. June should be better. Message me your cell.

mitch cant wait to dive the shallow rirs off beach. got good fish fry fish last summer .i am open most any weekend have 19 stoner dive gear just need buddy. went alone some times. soon there will be calm water good vis and fish to spear. john undefined

Dove the jetties today....vis was horrible around 2 or 3' it sucked. give it 2 or 3 more days and it should clear up pretty well. I'm itching for some fresh fish. My freezer is about empty.
