Since it was more like 3-4 than 2-4 and dirty at the Jetties, I started to work on my sons new gun he got as a present from my uncle. I stripped down, cleaned it, camoed it, and will be replacing the shaft with a Ray Odor 9/32 hawaii flopper, spectra shooting line, and two 1/2 inch bands.

Not underwater, I'm starting him off like I did, shooting sling shots and a toy cross bow, to work on hand eye cordination. He can dive 4-5 feet so it should be interesting once summer gets rolling.There is a little cove that's about 5 foot deep next to the jetty that should be perfect for our first test. I feel like it my first time shooting a speargun :thumps:.
