Does any one know who Josh uses to ship packages? He is out until the 19th and I am trying to track my order that was shiped to the wrong address 379 instead of 739. Whoops, there is no 379 on my street.

Apparently I need a tracking #, USPS can't do a thing without it. Addresses are now obsolete so it looks like I'll have to wait till Josh gets back to reship. Crap!

Thanks for the USPS info, My float line is going to have to sit tight untill... whenever. I first called UPS and they were very helpful, actualy I think they almost found it. But the USPS people were very hard to deal with and could get nothing done. I will think twice before using them. I almost forgot, crap!

Brown Truck, or Fex-Ex is the way to go. US postal svc acts like they're doing you a huge favor even looking at you. I guess that's what you get for $0.41

Josh is the man. I agree, we only use FedEx or DHL now after having many problems with USPS.

I slept well after the reassurance. Thanks Josh. By the way, the mistake on the numbers I think was my fault. I had done that once before and they left my books down the street on the porch of the closest address. I am relieved that it will be shipped. Also, I had a few PMs offering to lend equipment... how cool. Thanks for the generosity, this is how the SB should be used, to spread the positive.Cheers

I do ship Fedex or UPS on request. It is quite a bit more expensive though.

Also,
There is someone at the shop so if you need anything we can ship most items.
