Divers wanted for Charter trip

All,

I had to push back an earlier trip with Troy Wetzel of Xtreme fishing charters. We're looking at going on Saturday, October 11 out of Venice, LA. Troy will likely take us east in search of cobia, snapper, AJs and the like. Troy can take six divers with 4 tanks per diver. We would leave the dock at 6 am and return at 6 pm.

Due to the schedule change, 3 divers had to back out, so we only have 3 divers and we need 3 more. The cost is $200 per diver plus tanks.

I live in Houston, so anyone who lives between Houston and Baton Rouge could ride with me.

Would like to go but have other plans on that weekend. How far is Venice from Houston?

Depending on construction on I-10, Venice is 7 hours from Houston. I usually drive in Friday night and stay with my folks or brother in BR, then get up early that morning and head down to Venice. Other options are driving down Friday night and crashing in Empire or Venice. That way you don't have to wake up as early.
