I am going to Minnesota in the middle of July. Is there any decent spearfishing there?

i am from MN and the fishing regs suck. i think u can spear rough fish like carp, sucker, and sheephead. and that's pretty much it. u will have better luck if u are willing to make a trip to south or north dakota and fish the missouri river and its resivors like oahe or sakakawea. i caught huge northerns and walleye there growing up but i have not been back home since i started spearfishing. i should make it back within the next few months, and am going to make a few trips arround the midwest, i cant wait to get back and spear a big eye.
