Hey everyone...I've been poking around the site a little bit lately and am pretty new to the sport overall. I've been doing a lot of reading and have been in the water about a dozen times or so since last year. (too many other hobbies take up time as well). I also kayak fish with rod/reel...and race motorcycles. Anyway, i haven't caught anything with a spear yet and am hoping to pop that cherry this weekend. But, i'd rather not go out alone....
soooo, I'm looking for a dive buddy for Saturday morning...say 9-ish (i'm flexible on the start time but have to be home by 2:30PM).
I have a kayak with a fish finder and am certainly willing to take it out if need be...or i'm game for a shore dive. So far I can only dive to about 25 ft. or so and prefer the shallows until i have more experience...but if someone with experience feels like playing mentor then i promise to be a great student. I'll buy ya lunch or help in whatever way desired.
If you're another newb and are looking for someone else to just tool around with until we figure it out...then gimme a shout. let's get some dang fish.
