Not sure how long the C4s are but I have the cressi 3000s and I have the Armor Amphibian and it holds them no problem with all of my other gear (scuba).

I found the victim recovery bag and others but couldn't find the Amphibian bag, can you post a link. The bag I am looking for would be either a small backpack or just hold the fins with a small accessory pouch. I think what makes the C4's a little longer is that the edges are not rounded and makes it a little harder to fit in most bags.
