Puerto Vallarta Info Needed

Anyone having any info on scuba charters out of Nuevo Vallarta or Puerto Vallarta area, please send me some recommendations, or stay clear of info...I understand only freedive shooting is permited, if that be the case, I'm just looking to get some diving done in Banderas Bay...any info at all would be appreciated. :scratch:
