1/2 cup Mayo
1/4 cup Dijon mustard (That's spicy brown mustard for my relatives back home in Arkansas)
1 Tablespoon Dill
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Lemon
Soak filets in milk for about 10-15 minutes.
Mix mayo, mustard, and dill in a bowl, set aside.
Filet out your flatty and leave the skin on the back.
Melt the butter and coat your baking dish very lightly with it.
Put filets in dish and cover evenly with sauce.
Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
Take out and squeeze just a touch of lemon on each filet.
Not too shabby and really easy.
The sauce also is great on fried dish sandwiches and beer battered filets. Basically like a tartar but better.
