Trying to install some brackets on the side walls of my boat, but dont want to screw into the fiberglass as it is only about 1/8 inch thick, then a slight gap between the inner and outer wall of the boat. Local boat store says to just throough bolt having a flat head bolt on the outside of our hull..... I really don't want to do that. So I was hoping there was some awesome epoxy or glue that I could glue a peice starboard to the inside of our hull and then screw our bracket into the starboard. Any Ideas? So far only thing we can think of is 5200 and liquid nails, is there anything better?

I would say no there is nothing that is going to hold a tank rack.
There is not much that sticks to starboard.
Sorry.

Ok, is there anything else that I could use other than starboard?

How about the suction cups that max holding systems makes.?
They work great in my boat.
If you are using them towards the back of the boat you should be fine.

This will be up front toward the bow, I think the boat rides even better with the weight up front. I may be trying to put a square peg in a round hole mounting them there though. It may be back to the drawing board, thanks for the help dago!

Easy to solve. Get a piece of aluminum flat stock 1/2" thick, 52" long, 4" wide. Have it powdercoated the color of your choice. Adhere it to the hull with the 5200. After it sets up you can drill and tap the alum plate. I've done this a few times. You will need a pry bar and sledge hammer to get it off so be sure you put it where you can live with it. Not cheap but permanent and looks professional. Good luck!

Use the starboard inside the hull and 5200, thru bolt glass and starboard, you can get stainless t-nuts to mount into starboard, take the time to use a dremmel and dress your holes in the glass, will cut down on stress cracks.
