Old Style RA Barrels for DIY Projects.

Hi Guys,
As usual I try to give the SB members first choice when I am doing a clear out.

I have a quantity of 70cm (27.5") and some longer old style RA barrels that I really want out of the Florida Freedivers warehouse.
These are the RA barrels with the built in rail.
One end of the barrel is slightly flared to allow for the the old style RA "Green" handles.
Typically both ends of the barrels are sealed.
I will accept $20 for four of these barrels. Plus shipping.
They will make a great project barrel for those DIY pipeguns etc.

These will be posted on Ebay within the week.

These barrels are still available.

22Monk did not realize how many I had and I have agreed to release him from his purchase and try and sell them again on Spearboard, before they hit Ebay.

I have 14 of the 70cm barrels and 10 of the 80 cm barrels, that I am first trying to get rid of.

They are going at $5 each but I will not accept small orders of less than 4 barrels. The hassle of packaging and shipping them is not worth it.

First come first served.

FYI: The RA green handles are the same dimensions as the picasso century and basic handles so if you have a picasso and you want to play around with retrofitting a new barrel these will work.

yeah I read the thread, Im not an idiot, but what I was looking for was where to get handles for this gun assuming that there are more than just picassos that fit it.

Only Rob Allen (green) and Picasso Century handles fit. Any retailer that carries those two brands can sell you the handle. Hope this helps

Hi.I use before IMERSION CONCEPT HAND GRIP for $29.07 from www.scubastore.com ,works fine with RA barrel ,I think i use pcs of very thin plastic for shims ,because handle was littile loose .Very good handles ,i think you can built guns up to 130 cm with 2 rubber bands 16mm ,and it should hold just fine .I know they have expensive shipping ,but if you order few items ,then it should worse it .They very prompt as shipping or any problem with them product .I don't work for them ,i just share information with my fellow divers :) BTW ask Mike ,he should have some RA muzzels,and they shoud fit too.Good luck with you project !
