scuba tank for above water welding?

Assuming that I were to change the valve, are there any drawbacks/hazards to using a scuba tank to hold 02 for use with a oxy actlyene welder/torch?

Hey pbidiver,

Why ? actualy i was thinking of using a t size 254
O2 tank as a scuba tank. H valve maybe...!!!
welding tanks are alot cheaper and your not supposed
to pump O2 over 2400 anyways...
