View Full Version : Grilled Grouper with Honey-Rosemary Marinade

1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp grainy mustard
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1/4 cup olive oil
freshly ground pepper, and salt to taste
fresh rosemary, finely chopped
4-12 oz. grouper fillets
6 oz. Wild Turkey (101 proof)

*Combine first six ingredients in a bowl, and whisk vigorously.
*Pour over grouper fillets in a shallow dish, and then cover liberally with the chopped rosemary.
*Marinate two hours in fridge, during which you should consume one 1 oz. shot of Wid Turkey every 20 minutes.
*You are now ready to cook. Grill over high direct heat, until fish flakes easily, basting with extra marinade as needed.
