what is the best way to sharpen them after you

Not that hard, I place mine in a vice and take a file to it by hand. Nothing like some elbow grease. Just be sure to hold the file flat against the surface and dont sharpen one side more than the other.

I chuck mine up in the CNC grinder and just push the
button :D :D :D
