Check out Breezy Palms www.breezypalms.com . Been going there every year for the past 6 years. Clean rooms w/full kitchen, boat-ramp on premises, nice oceanside harbor protected by a jetty. MM 80

Breezy Palms is a GREAT place to stay. We have drove our boat(28' wellcraft) down by water for 2 years, and have had no problems with shallow water(we plan to come into the marina NOT at low tide). Low tide can be LOW during a full moon.

We have been going there for about 8 years I believe. Great place to stay for a week.

The Tropical Reef Resort had deep enough access for a 40' deep draft boat we were chartered on many years ago.
Breezy Palms was good too.
The Ragged Edge is a good one in Lower Matacumbe.
