EL Morro, Crystal Cove

Anyone one ever dove El Morro, at Crystal Cove in OC. I drive by it everyday and always wonder about it.

Also, does anyone no why there is no take in the Glen E. Vedder Marine Reserve in the Heisler Park area in Laguna Beach but there are comercial lobster traps all over the area?

Hey DPC, El Morro is a great area to dive and hunt at both ends of the cove. It is exactly 1 mile from reef to reef.
The reserve protects the marine life along the shoreline. If you enter the water from shore, you are not allowed to target/take anything. If you are there by boat, you can do whatever you want.
