Best Beach Dives?

Anyone have good suggestions for places where there is a reef or other good structure right off the beach? If it is good for spearing that is a plus, but i'm really just looking for a place that would be good for recreational free diving... i'd like to find a place where i can go for a few days, lounge around, kick out to the reef for a bit, then come back to the beach no problem...

Kill Shot - thanks for the quick reply. It looks like you live on St. Thomas... could you provide some more info? i.e. which part of the island has the best beaches for easy reef access? are there hotels/resorts on these beaches? how far off shore are the reefs?
