The divers in Louisiana should really pay attention to what these guys are doing. They are putting serious effort into saving the oil rigs from removal after the rigs production ends.

I spoke with Capt. Al Walker on the commute home and he told me to wait another month. He is in contact with Rep. David Vitter and the NMFS, along with many other marine biologists and environmental agencies. He told me that on his website Towers of Life there will be a direct link to Rep. Vitter and the NMFS.

He has been working on this project for eight years and is finally making some real progress. I will be following his progress and will keep you informed.

When are you planning to get wet again. I am hoping to make it this Saturday. Call or PM me.

the towers of life site is very nicely done. Maybe there should be some form of a fundraiser to help, after all Al is stepping up to the plate to save the rigs for all of us. Besides, we need another excuse to eat, drink, and talk shop around these parts:D

....even though I am in Mississippi, I cant wait for LSU to kick the Rebels ass soon...
