No more Hogfish?!!!

New law in florida!
one hogfish per person per day w 20 inch min size limit!!

This is a very real possibility in the very near future!!!
The first meeting to discuss this is being held in the Keys this thursday by FWC!
We need some people in that area to go to this meeting and challenge this nonsense!

If you sit back and do nothing,then dont complain in ten years about only being able to go out and shoot 1 triggerfish.Because thats the way things are headed unless we act!
Once they take something away,it aint coming back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we gotta be there to at leastquestion the validity of that report!
If it goes unchallenged , they will send it to the feds and take the next step in changing the laws.
I feel like a hypocrite because I can't be there, but who can? I am gonna try my hardest to get out of my commitment that day. Even if somebody went down there and read what kite wrote, it would help just to question the paper.

So how about it?Is anyone from this area going to attend the meeting being held this Thursday?
Are you guys down there just a bunch of talkers or will you do something,anything?
My source says this IS going to happen unless the commision starts getting a lot of flak.
You can bet your A-- that Im going to stand up to them when they come to the West Coast and Im writing letters to everyone I can think of to stop this. We can stop this if we make enough noise!
I will remind you guys again ,If this goes through, and they reduce the bag limit to one fish,they will not give it back ,no matter how many hogfish are swimming around in five or ten years.
I would like somebody to name one species that spearfisherman target that they have raised the bag limit on?!

come on guys!!!!!! someone in the area step up. Worst case scenario ill drive down. is any one else planning on going to sling some steel at these fools, I have to be at the airport in MIA at 1:00 Pm but will try yo do what I can. Standing by. Ill post on how it goes.
