Is it illegal to spearfish anywere from long key to key largo in 20 ft.?I thought that it was legal south of rodriguez key

north of long key you have to be 3 miles from shore, which most of the reef tract is at least that...

then you have to worry about the pennecamp park off largo...don't know the boundiaries of that though
