Just not in the garage or on the boat. Good stuff. I buy a couple frozen turkeys this time of year and fry em in February when they're $0.89 a pound then.

Fried turkey kicks ass. Eat it once and you'll wonder why the hell you ever roasted them.

Because we have a big gathering for Thanksgiving and Christmas we will usually deep fry a turkey as well as prep. another in the oven or deep pit. We enjoy them so much that we also deep fry a few a year. Don't skimp by using cheap oil (you can use it more than once by filtering it through cheese cloth), and be sure to inject it with the marinade the night before. I'm already looking forward to my next one.
