bunker schools off of island beach state park

during late spring when all the bunker school up a couple miles of the beach of island beach state park the stripers and blues come in to feed,i was thinking of jumping in and try spearing them,has anybody heard of or tried this?

we've done it but 95% of the time the water is too dirty to see and the fish are moving way too fast to make a good shot on them!

yea,my dad said it would be tough because of how fast the fish are moving,the jettys are the only spots i know off,where else do you go?I was also wondering about block island,me and my dad wanted to make a trip up there but we have no idea where to go.
