Latin America Based Spearfishing Forum?

Anyone know of a Latin America based Spearfishing Forum? I aware of the CazaSub Listserv but I was looking for more of a forum type like this one. Spanish or English is fine.

One site that is regularly visited by a lot of Latin American spearfishermen is the Spanish portal Pescasub: http://www.pescasub.com/, which is really very much like Spearboard.
