Just thought I would share a good pork chop recipe.

Items needed:

Cast Iron Skillet
Thinly cut pork chops
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup water
1 large chopped onion

Directions:

Heat skillet on high
Place pork chops in skillet and fry on each side for 2 1/2 minutes
Place the chopped onions over chops and cover pan
Reduce heat and simmer 4 minutes on each side
Remove chops and onions from skillet
Return to high heat
Add butter and melt
Add flour and whisk into butter
Add water and stir
Add chops and onions back to skillet, cover and simmer another 10 minutes on low heat.

Same process- makeyour owne jerk seasoning:

Oinion powder
garlic powder
oregano-dried

allspice
salt
black pepper

the key is the allspice and the butter!!

oil will give it a blackned flavor- allspice is the distinct jerk ingrediant...... Otherwise- any variation on these key ingrediants

Serve with a mixed green salad - dressing: Green tobasco sauce - redwine vinager- extra V- S&P- more lime if need be.
