Where can I go to buy a boning/fillet knife that you used the other night on that grouper your brought?

They sell them at F.I.S.H... Fishermans Ideal Supply House. They are located near Madiera Beach. Phone # 727-391-7380 They will ship them to you.

The knife is a Dexter (white handle) curved blade boning knife.
Some call it ia commercial filet knife. They sell a complete line of knives including a double blade serrated knike for general boat use. My wife uses one for her kitchen knife.
