If it's GAT-KU polespears only,then what kind of competition is it? certainly fish will be speared with any polespear.However this will in no way give credit to the performance of GAT-KU.Give me a group of 20 people some broom sticks,bicycle tire tubes and some coat hangers and i'll produce fish.

Ok I love GAT-KU too but this is a little prejudice

I'm pretty sure that they mean any pole spear. Not just Gat-Ku.

I think what Dustin is saying is that it's his "only" polespear event of the year. I'll be there with a table and will be donating a spear at the meet.

So can i use a sharpened peice of rebar with a band and a flopper stuck to it? or does it have to be brand name?

I'm sorely tempted to join, and my calendar just freed up for that time frame as the family stuff got nixed due to the cost of airfare.

Ok I love GAT-KU too but this is a little prejudice

OK, OK, I didn't realize how awkward the title is until now. I wanted to imply here that no guns will be involved with participants on the day of the event.


No team competition, but I do encourage everyone to get out together.
