Crab Cakes?

Sure I can make an OK one - But Who has a killer recipe?
(clearly starting with a fresh product is key... but up here in bean town we have a limmeted selection)

Thoughts, ideas??

Vin: Go to the lobster cake recipe that I posted on the this thread http://www.spearboard.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=856. It was adapted from a great crab cake recipe. By adapted, I mean I substituted lobster for lump crab meat.
