Which DAN plan do you have?

MASTER PLAN ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!!!!!! Def. Avoids some obstacles that would otherwise not be avoided.

I too have the Master Plan.

Its only $100 a year, just get the master plan and don't think otherwise, that $100 can save your wallet in the event that you need it

Do any of you know the details of the equipment insurance aspect? I know the master plan insures it, but is that only in a diving accident where you lose your equipment? If my boat sinks while I am on a dive trip, will DAN replace my equipment.

Dan has started selling extra equipment insurance but I have not looked into it so I can’t give an opinion on their extra coverage. As for what you get with their master plan; it aint much.

I have the Prefered plan, but most of the time I am traveling to dive so I wanted the extra non-diving related insurance also.

If you do a lot of dive travel (I do a lot), the Preferred Plan is the best option.

I have the master plan. I figured I do most diving in FL, and a few dives out of state-(bahamas/puerto rico) each year.

Preferred plan for me. Just upgraded from the Master for more coverage, especially if I am traveling.
