For the 99.99% of us that enjoy the SBO's, when can we expect to register for the WPB Open? :thumps:

We took a break in between the events and will start registrations next week for the Palm Beach Blue Storm Open. Thanks for your interest, Tony

The $85 registration.. is that per boat or per diver? And if per boat, how many divers is that?

It's per diver. There is no separate "boat" fee. Each of your divers marks on their application the boat they're diving from.

I have never entered a tournament. I think I'm gonna do this one. I have always heard about the great prize tables at the SBO. How does this one compare?

Luke, I was running around today picking up prizes from some local dive shops. I am working on the table pretty hard. I already have the big spear manufacturer's and retailers committed to all three tourneys. So now, it is a matter of filling in each location with more local sponsors. I am also pulling together some cool prizes for the overall tournament series winners. I had a great talk with the series leader Rob Harding today. Rob has some cool promotional ideas for his team Charlestondiving.com. The next venue will be pretty interesting as they have an air conditioned hall right next to a great marina front restaurant called the Tiki Grill. We are getting real close to announcing the acceptance of Palm Beach Open registration. We would welcome a first timer like you just as we always welcome the tournament circuit regulars. The goal is to have a great time with each other enjoying the sport we all love. The prizes are just gravy to the fun of competing in the ocean and seeing everyone at the event venue. Tony
