new to pnw... need spots

hows it going guys? im from north orange county in cali. in the coast guard and stationed up here for about a year now. just got time to hit the surf and try to get back into freediving. woundering if you guys could help me out and give me names of spots to dive.

Are you with the coast guard in Port Angales, Neah Bay, Seattle?
If it is one of the first two, you can go right off the docks, if they let you.

no im over in down town seattle right now but looking to be stationed there in 3-4 months. but port angeles i can dive?
