Got these fish yesterday viz sucked but made the best of it. Stripers were abundant but borderline boxfish. Sheepshead tipping the scale at 9lbs.

You can see near that concrete ship? I was making a joke of that location in another post. I know there are tons of fish there but I have never seen the water have more than a foot of vis.
Nice to see the sheepshead are back! Those are my favorite!

I want a weakfish! It's been too long. I used to see huge schools of them at the jetty so thick, if you tried to shot one, you would get two. I heard they are unpredictable as to when they come around. Some years there are lots but some years they don't come much at all. I would imagine there would be a lot of them over on the Cape May side.
I would love to dive that concrete ship! Especially when the tide is ripping so it impales me on the rusty old rebarb haha!

off of diamond/sunset beach on the del. bay. just south of the cape may ferry terminal. looks fairly shallow too. but also been told the vis sucks.
