I am proud to announce that the 2008 Palm Beach Blue Storm Open in conjunction with Florida Freedivers and the Spearfishing Industry Alliance will repeat last year's successful "Ring Toss" fundraiser at the PBO Expo. This year's beneficiary will be the FRA Fishing Rights Alliance.
