When is tha best time during the day to spear given the sun's angle in the sky? My assumption is from late morning till early afternoon?? And how do I get away with this on jetties with all the kooks on tha beach??
Or better yet- how can I spear during tha day???

i like early morining of dusk, low light. the angle the sun hits the water at midday in shallow water makes it hard to see sometimes. plus fish seem to be more active at these times as well. good luck.
