6:30 am we leave the dock ,by the time we get to the end of the inlet boat #2 has broken it's fuel fitting to the tank.We hastily (I wish)fix it using hose protectors and duct tape. The trip to the Drydock takes 1 1/2 hrs.In the water by 10a.m.Saw 5 Africans and lotsa jacks and cudas.Manroves ,scamp and smaller fish not legal.1 jewfish 'bout 100lbs.Weather is getting worse not better so we go in 8 miles to some tabletops.Hook'n line during SI nets us triggers ,beliners and big mangroves upto 8lbs or so.We do dive 2 I get a 5lb mangrove and 3 bugs to 6lbs and miss a little hog.See some muttons and a lot more bugs but am up to 10 minutes of deco already so away I go.1 buddy gets 5 nice mangrove the other gets 2.We hook up more triggers and outta nowhere shows up a school of peanuts. We end up with 13 dolphin to 8lbs also.Did 18 kts in till 20 miles and then 32kts the rest of the way in.WT was 71 top to bottom .A good time was had by all.

Tony,

The Dry docks are a great dive, I've only been there once. We had some success diving on Sunday out of Ponce (posted on WC)

I'd hope to dive while up here in Jax, but the weather did it's thing. Maybe next time.

Happy Holidays.

ShooterDan,looks like ya'll had a nice trip too.I'm lookin' to fish on Sunday then leave on vacation monday. We may come down to dive some cones this spring .I'm staying in Ft Pierce some this summer too.I'm looking to maybe even do a MG trip but thats a long way in my little boat.We can do 100-150miles rd trip but I prefer under 100.Lobster were holed up in molting spots here. They were almost all soft.
