We went out of shark river today and got 8 nice size lobsters and 5 sea bass. Vis was not that great at 95ft and there was a really silty bottom so every time we kicked a cloud of mud came up. Here are some pictures of the lobsters and a picture of a three lber pinching me the pics are not that clear though because we lost our camera and i had to use my phone.

I'm not certified and never did scuba, I'm just curious how dark it is down there at 95ft with little vis, and when going down, how do you know where you are going?


and one more thing, how was the vis at Shark River? I'm thinking of going there tomorrow.

when going down you go down on an anchor line. When you get down if you are diving a wreck you go all around the edges looking for lobsters but if you are diving something that is hard to navigate you use a wreck reel. Then when the dive is over you go back up the line. And the vis in the inlet looked a little brown but not that bad so vis shouldn't terrible .
