Marathon spearfishing

I am going to marathon this coming weekend to spearfish and lobster. I was wondering if anyone knew exactly where the Long Key spearfishing boundry is. I can't find any maps online with the boundry clearly marked, nor can I find the gps coordinates. Also, is it legal to spear/lobster under the 7 mile bridge? Thanks in advance for the info.
