Long Beach Harbor Breakwater

I'm thinking about trying to dive (night) the breakwater this weekend if it's not too stormy or too much swell. I haven't dove there before and was hoping someone could give me info on what type of area it is, depth, access, etc. Hopefully the bugs will be crawling!! If anyone would like to join me just let me know!

the viz is for crap right now and its only getting worse. we are supposed to get hit hard this weekend with big swell. You'll have to postpone for a week or so.

I have a few guys I know who dive the breakwater. It yields some bugs now and again but really why would you when Laguna is south a few? The breakwater is murky, million bad boat drivers and a surge from hell.

The breakwall is full of fish.
