My favorite lobster recipe

1 cup parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
lobster meat (raw) chunked
flour

mix parmesan cheese, eggs, and bread crumbs in bowl, let stand 1 hour. Batter may be too thick to coat, add 1 tbsp water as needed. Coat raw lobster chunks with flour and roll in batter. Saute until golden, 3-4 minutes in butter/oil mixture, drain on paper towels. Dip in dill/chive sauce:

1/3 cup mayo, 1/4 cup cream, 1 tsp dill, 1/2 tsp chives
whisk mayo, dill, and chives. Let stand. add cream, chill, and serve. :)

Sounds great - but what a vein pluggin recipe !!!
