I do a lot of both rod and reel fishing and spearfishing, and for this year I decorated my christmas tree with all of my fishing lures, all hanging by the hooks. it looks pretty cool

I've had a "Fishmas" tree for years. The thing about having a toddler is they like to play with stuff like that. I didn't put it up this year.

My two holligans keep getting into trouble for ramming the tree with their bigwheels. We are going with plastic ornaments next year. The glass balls are dwindling fast:eek::thumps:

I have a stack of ornaments that need to be superglued. Compliments of the 3 1/2 year old.

My 3 year old and I did up an extra artificial "Nightmare Before Christmas Tree" this year complete with skulls, bats, spiders, a string of lighted skeletons, and a jackolantern for the top. The wife was not amused, but its still up across the room from our traditional tree!

I like the idea of a FishMas Tree! maybe some artifical kelp and some discarded mono to complete the decor?

The funny thing about at my place is Izabella doesn't really mess up stuff on the tree...On the other hand it's kinda funny...she wants to hang all her personal belongings on the tree, so there are like necklaces and bracelets etc...all hanging from the tree. Don't get me wrong she's very good at making a mess just like the next toddler, but she doesn't mess with the tree.
